Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by the following provider: ZAP-Hosting GmbH, Hafenweg 8, 48155 Münster, Germany. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may in particular include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). For more information, please refer to ZAP-Hosting's privacy policy: https://zap-hosting.com/de/datenschutz/.

The server processes server log files (IP address, time, page requested, user agent) to ensure operation and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are generally deleted within 7 days.

Contact & order request form

When you contact us via the form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail, company, subject, message) solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is not shared with third parties without your consent and is deleted after processing is complete or upon expiry of statutory retention periods.

Contact via WhatsApp

On our website we offer a WhatsApp link (e.g. in the footer) to message us directly via WhatsApp. When you click the link, you are redirected to WhatsApp (web/desktop or the app) to send us a message. Data is only sent to WhatsApp once you click and send your message there; the link loads no scripts and sets no cookies from WhatsApp/Meta.

The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (a Meta company). When using WhatsApp, personal data (including your phone number, your name and the content of your message) is processed by WhatsApp and may be transferred to the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.

The purpose is to answer your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent given by actively contacting us (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), and where applicable Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in easy contact). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by not using WhatsApp to contact us. We store the transmitted details only for as long as necessary to process your enquiry; we have no influence over the data processing by WhatsApp/Meta itself.

Fonts (Bunny Fonts)

We load fonts via Bunny Fonts (Bunny.net), a privacy-friendly service that does not process personal data for advertising or tracking purposes. No Google Fonts are loaded.

Spam protection (Altcha)

To protect our forms from automated abuse we use Altcha - a self-hosted method in which your browser solves a small computational task ("proof of work"). No cookies are set, no tracking is carried out and no data is transferred to third parties (in particular not to Google); the check runs exclusively on our own servers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Separate consent is not required for this.

Cookies

We use only technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie decision in localStorage) as well as a temporary session identifier to limit form spam. The spam protection (Altcha) is self-hosted and requires neither cookies nor consent; no optional third-party services are loaded.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address given above.
